Fiona Moate

Fiona has over 20 years of experience working as a Hand Therapist in both public and private settings. Fiona established Innovative Hand Therapy & Scar Management in 2006.

Fiona obtained Certified Hand Therapy status in 2003. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) USA – is a world recognised distinguished credential demonstrating a dedicated therapist who has met a high standard of competency, to offer patients the best possible outcome by providing the highest quality of care.

Since 2003, Fiona has also been a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and was the Victorian Representative in 2007. Fiona is also an Accredited Hand Therapist as awarded though the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

Fiona has an interest in the management of tendon injuries and complex hand trauma. Fiona has presented various professional education topics over the years including treatment of tendon injuries and has published two journal articles relating to Hand Therapy. Fiona is committed to providing high quality care, keeping up to date with evidence based practice and research.

Adele Stagliano

Adele joined Innovative Hand Therapy & Scar Management in 2010 and has been working as a Hand Therapist since 2009 both in a public hospital and another private practice in Melbourne.

Adele’s professional interests include complex hand trauma, tendon injuries, finger joint injuries and fracture management.

Adele is an associate member of the Australian Association of Hand Therapy

Adele is keen to further study and research in Hand Therapy.
